"My Amchi Delicious Thali 150 : Mirsange Bajo/Bajia (Green Chilly Fritters), Bhenda- Piyava Bhutti (Ladys Finger- Onion Curry), Karthe'- Piyava Kismuri (Fried Bitter Gourd Onion Salad), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)" ... Tummy Full lunch today ... Yummilicious ....

** Once again a simple thali with delicious Amchi/Konkani Saraswat Cuisine dishes. Today’s lunch is once again a really delightful thali that I am sure can be relished well even though it is with simple one masala dish along with a kismuri/salad as an accompaniment and the most desired dal of all times for amchies ie Dalitoy. But the added attraction here is obviously the Mirsange Bajo/bajia (Green Chilly Fritters), after all, who does not like them. It is everybody’s most desired dish that can be relished as a snack or for lunch / dinner too. About Bhutti, I have written a lot before and posted a few with different combos, this one I have prepared with onions and bhendi and is very tasty. I have already made an individual post of this one that is posted in the thali to which I will share the link below, also I am posting the links to other dishes too in the Thali as is my usual pattern.
