** Again, a scrumptious Vegetarian Thali, with “Rose flavoured Sheera topped with melon seeds” my new concoction on flavored sheera that is the show stopper in this thali. Being friendship day I wanted to prepare something different something in the lines of friendship and strong bond of love between two people. Rose is a flower that holds the topmost position when it comes to friendship and love, so the subject that rose would be the prime ingredient was decided upon. Next was the question as to what, well simple sheera with rose flavor what popped in mind as it was Shravana Masa Friday choodi day too and I had to prepare a Naivedyam as offering to Tulsi mata. Well the ritual is for married women of Konkani Saraswat GSB community, which I have already included in the article in my Blog, if interested you may check out the same. The other dishes are simple vegetarian ones as today being No-Onion No-Garlic all Veggie day.
