My Fasting/Upvas Combo Meal 114.


My Fasting/Upvas Combo Meal 114 : "Chapathi (Roti) served with Carrot sticks, Chano- Harve Kele Upkari (Bengal Gram- Raw Banana Bhaji) and Ambe Rosu- Narla Rosa Gojju (Ripe Mango- Coconut Milk Curry)" ... My simple one meal of the day ... Yummilicious ... 

** Here is an awesome “Combo Meal” pattern that you can follow even on fasting /Upvas days. As I have written many a times before to during “Ekadashi” day that falls twice in a month, we Hindus avoid rice and dishes prepared using rice as much as possible. I have tried my level best to follow this over many years though at times it is not possible. Here is my simple one meal of the day that is complete in all ways. Have a lovely day, God Bless.
