** Once again posting My Thali for all my friends here. I repeat I, will not run into any details here on any individual dishes as they are all shared in individual posts. This is just a combination pattern for you to follow if at all you are confused as to what you want to prepare if you have friends or relatives over for lunch / dinner. Today’s Thali has traditional Amchi dishes and the sukke / dry curry is a seasonal dish prepared during monsoon as all three veggies added on are available only during that season. Konkani Saraswat Cuisine have many exclusive dishes that are also seasonal at times, I try my level best to post, but then the list is so huge and many of which are actually forgotten over generations and also of which I too really do not have much knowledge off. I am trying to recall and collect information of age old dishes from relatives so that I can update the blog. If you have any that is not yet included in the Blog, You can please pass on the same to me via. mail. I will be highly obliged to prepare the same and post.
** I am so glad to have started “Konkani Delicacies” a food group where I come across members posting so many dishes from all over the globe, many of which I too am not aware off. This shows how much more one gets to learn when sharing in dishes with love with each other. I keep repeating all should learn to cook, it is a very satisfying challenge that makes you want to do more and more. Above all, you along with your family do get to eat a nutritional meal that many crave for and do not really get to relish. Do not hesitate to cook, a few times you may go wrong, but so have you when you got those huge degrees on learning for building of your career. We have failed many a times and then bounced back, so is cooking, its really easy once you get the grip of it, so go for it without any hesitation. Once again sharing the links to each of the items below, please go through the link for the recipe that you desire to try out.
