Stay Blessed, Stay Safe, Spread Happiness ....

"Ganesha Chaturthi" festival needs no intro as Lord Ganesha is famous almost all round the world with almost all Hindus and from other communities too believing, having faith and offering their respect to this God, so I will not write about this much here today. But I must mention that, I am immensely satisfied and happy to have observed Chauthi/ Chaturthi in my home for the first time in 30 yrs of my married life as we always went to GSB, our Konkanir Saraswat community gathering for the same which was not to be held this year. Though the heart feels the sorrow of being deprived of the great function, my heart also feels thankful to Lord Ganesha for giving me the strength to prepare these dishes today in my own home as an offering of Naivedyam/ Prasad at his lotus feet. Though I had planned much more, this is all I could manage to do, while I hope to do much more in coming years. There is so much I would like to write about my feelings on this day, but somehow due to back pain issues I do need a break from heavy editing frequently every hour and it becomes difficult to do so. I will definitely update this one sometime later but for now will be sharing the linkgs to the recipes of dishes I prepared today ...feeling very thankful and Blessed ... God Bless All ...
