My Thali- 209.


"My Thali- 209 : Sabudana Kheer (Tapioca Pearls Payasam), Pagila Podi (Spine Gourd Fries), SheetHa (Rice), Karathe- Piyava Sukki Kismuri (Bitter Gourd- Onion Dry Masala Bhaji), Alsande Bee- Gardudde Saar Upkari (Black Eyed Bean- Bottle Gourd Curry), Mango Slice" ... with back to back festive days it becomes hectic to keep preparing dishes as it is difficult to finish them off too, I had soaked extra sabudana yesterday and kept aside some so that I could prepare simple kheer today for choodi ... as for pagila podi, I am enjoying them almost 3-4 times a week as I bought it bulk fresh village fresh from outside town ... Yummilicious ...
