Murg (Chicken) Ghazi Khan With Spiced Simple Yellow Rice .....
This recipe was passed on by a friend and it is really an awesome curry. The name Khan gives it a royal touch I guess. No this recipe has nothing to do with the three khans who rule the Indian Bollywood Film Industry. But the recipe is an equal Blockbuster to their movies.Like we say in Hindi …. Ekdum Taqqar Dega ...... A very good combination of spicy curry with little bit spiced rice .........The credit for awesome Chicken Recipe goes to Atamjit Singh, I have however made some changes of my own and served with simple yellow rice. The spiced yellow rice is just a mildly spiced rice which I usually cook with spicy Chicken Curries most of the time. The rice being a little bit bland goes very well with spicy curries especially Chicken and Egg.
