Peel two large sized Ripe Alphonso Mangoes and remove the inner flesh well.
Put it in a mixer with 1-2 cups of milk and ½ - ¾ cup of sugar (depending on the sweetness of the mango). Blend well. Remove and strain the juice. Add in more water if necessary. Do not dilute the juice very much.
The juice taste better if left a bit thick. However you should be able to draw in the juice with the help of a strawn. Serve very very chilled.
