Wash and wipe dry 2 medium sized or 1 large sized guava. Cut it into small pieces. Put it in mixer with 1 tsp of dry ginger powder (Shunti powder), ½ tsp of pepper, ¼ tsp of saffron (Soaked in a tblsp of warm water), 1 cup of sugar and blend into a smooth paste with 1-2 cups of water.
Remove and strain the juice in a fine sieve. Add the juice of 2 freshly squezed lemons. Mix well. Keep it in the fridge to chill.
While serving the juice add more water if necessary to bring it to semi thick pouring consistency.
Check the sweetness and add some sugar if necessary.
