"My Exotic Fish Thali 93 ... Kananga Kismuri (Sweet Potato / Genasu / Ratalu Fries Dry Salad), Surmai/Visonu Masala (King Fish Curry), Harve Kele Upkari (Raw Banana Bhaji), Tingalavare Saar Upkari (White Bean Thin Curry), SheetHa (Rice) ..... Delicious lunch ... Yumz ...
** It’s fish Thali time once again, so this one is for Non-Veg food relishers, Enjoy this new type of Surmai/Visonu Masala (King Fish Curry) that I retrieved from my collection of recipes from my old diaries. It had been ages since I prepared this curry and came to my notice only when I went through my books. Again it leaves me in distress when I think of all these recipes that are collected, some which are tried some still yet to be tried, so much of time wasted in reading them again and editing. How I wish I had at least made a file copy of the same in my PC instead of diaries, now it is just double work. Sigh, but I never thought I would be a blogger one day, Did I ? Had I known I would have maybe done it. Time moves so fast, it was just a few years back that I thought I could finish doing the editing job within a maximum frame of 2 yrs. But its almost 4 yrs and I have not even completed 1 book and there are 7 in all, not to mention the old cookery books. Well enough of if’s and why’s, what is done can’t be undone. So now I have taken one book and will go through it till I finish the best out of it and then move on to next. One step at a time or else I will once again muddle up the whole thing and it will be a total mess once again. Now coming to this Thali, as it contains fish curry I have labelled it as Fish Thali, but it can be actually prepared both by Vegetarians and Non-Veggies. Veggies just have to leave out the fish curry and may be include some baji/bajo and it’s a full thali meal that can be relished with joy. Once again will be sharing the links to each of the items in the thali that are already blogged separately as is the usual pattern. Do try them out and enjoy with your family and friends.
