Strawberry Ice Cream with Strawberry Dessert Topping and Chocolate Coated Fresh Strawberries ........... Enjoy the dessert ....... :)
Put about 2-1/2 cups of thick fresh chilled cream in a blender and whip till smooth. Remove and keep aside. I used fresh homemade cream, you can use any thick cream available in the market which can be whipped well.
Wash, trim of the stems of about 15-20 strawberries and chop the roughly. Put them in the blender with 1 cup thick milk, ½-1 cup sugar depending upon the sweetness of the strawberry, ¼ cup of milk powder and blend till smooth.
Add in the whipped cream also into the blender and run for a few minutes, till all the ingredients mix well into a smooth creamy texture.
Pour the mixture into a food grade plastic box and pop it in the freezer for about 8 hrs. till the ice cream gets frozen a bit. Remove and whip the ice cream once again with a beater till smooth to remove the water crystals if any.
You find the ice cream becoming thicker and creamier as you beat it. Remove and pour it again into the box and freeze over night.
Serve Strawberry Ice Cream scooped in a bowl as it is or topped on fruits. You can top it with some strawberry crush too or any other way you find it suitable and to your liking.
I had lot of strawberries so I dipped some strawberries in melted chocolate and froze them. Then I served them topped on the Ice cream along with strawberry dessert topping.
