Poori with Vatane Golo, Aamras and Batate Usli .............
Vatane Golo is Green Peas Bhaji, Aamras is Sweetened Ripe Mango Puree, Batate Usli is Potato Bhaji and I am sure Poori / Deep fried puffed roti needs no introduction.
These are three different types of side dishes that go very well with hot Pooris. I have posted the recipes of the accompaniments already, but here I am posting some picture’s for reference of best combination’s with poori.
