Urad Rice Oats Idly With Jenavare (White Val Beans) Gashi ......
Many a times I prefer to have Idly for lunch. So instead of having Idly with sambar or chutney the usual way we have during breakfast time I prefer to have Idly with some spicy curry to enhance the taste. Do try having Idly and Dosa with different combination they really taste good. For a change I had it with Jenavare / White Val Beans Curry to which I had added Keerlu (Bamboo brined), with Ambado (Hogplum) and the combination was simply awesome.
