** Enjoying a satisfactory fishmeal after almost 6 weeks long of festive period. This one is for all those who love fish curry and fries. There is nothing more to write as of now, I am sure all of you too are exhausted with back to back festive activities and are eagerly waiting for a break. So go ahead and enjoy life with your favorite dishes for another 2 weeks as then its going to be auspicious Navaratri days were many observe fasting and then again comes Diwalil the festival of lights and before we realize it’s the end of the year. I really wonder how fast the year passes off with so much of pending work from my to do list for the year still hanging like a sword on my head.
** My todays fish thali includes our favorite surmai fries which I am sure is every fish lovers delight to savor. Bhaji/ Upkari is a must so included a simple one prepared with raw bananas. Dalitoy is usually avoided when there is fish curry, however, sometimes I prefer to have it with rice to avoid stomach issues. The main dish is curry prepared with mori (small shark) which again is my favorite and when hogplums are in season I always make it a point to add them. Sharing links to the recipes in the Thali picture above, as is my usual practice with Thali posts as they are already shared elsewhere, inconvenience if any is regretted.
