** Shri Ganesha Chaturthi Festival marks an auspicious beginning for many of us and his arrival is awaited eagerly spending time days ahead preparing goodies as offering of Naivedyam for him. For last few years due to unavoidable circumstances, I have been offering Naivedyam to our own Sri. Ganesha at home and I strongly believe it brings about a lot of good environment and peace in my home.

** The list of dishes prepared in homes where Sri. Ganesha Idol is brought for 2/5/10 days is a long one, however in normal homes we prepare just a few to our home deities and I have been doing my little bit too after all it’s the faith that matters. I always find pleasure in preparing traditional dishes to make Naivedyam offerings and my today's thali includes all dishes from GSB Konkani Saraswat Cuisine.

** Sharing links to the recipes in the thali above as is my usual practice with thali posts, do try them out on festive/ normal days and enjoy with family and friends. There many delicious dishes shared in my blog, do browse through in leisure and try them out too. GSB Cuisine is one of the healthiest and safest you can try out on without worries. May Shri. Ganesha shower on all of us his choicest blessings.
