** All dishes are from GSB Konkani Saraswat Cuisine that is a common sight in almost all homes. Sannapolo is prepared in various combos to be served during meals along with either dal or saar with rice and it tastes fantastic. Veggie upkari is a must in my home and should be in yours for all meals for a healthier lifestyle. I will not run into details on other dishes as they are included in detail in their particular posts and will be sharing links to them all below which you may browse through in leisure. I am sure you know these recipes, as there is nothing elaborate in them and are prepared in almost every home, so do try this healthy combo meal and relish with family and friends.
** Given below are the links to the recipes of individual dishes in the picture above, please go through the link for that particular dish ..... do try them out in your home and enjoy with family and friends, they are all tried and tested in my own kitchen many times and are very tasty …
** For “Bajjile Happolu (Roasted Spicy Papad)”, here is no recipe as such, I just roasted on open flame the store bough happolu/ chilly papad and served it immediately. You can apply a thin film of coconut oil over the roasted papad for added taste which is a followed pattern by GSB’s. It’s a personnel choice.
