"My Delicious Veg Thali No~ 448 : Air-Fried Karathe Podi/ Karela Bajia/ Bitter Gourd Fries, Alvamande Hummana (Hinga uddaka ghalnu randai)/ Colocasia Tuber/ Taro Root Curry seasoned with Asafoetida, Beetroot- Carrot Raita (Curd Salad), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)” … enjoying a simple- healthy Jyeshta Adhika Masa NO Onion- Garlic meal of the day … Yummilicious …

** Thali meals are always a delight to relish especially when it includes one’s favorite dishes and today’s thali is exactly that one, we enjoyed our meal very much. I am preparing alvamande hinga randai after a long time, somehow the hectic lifestyle these days does not give me much time to cook proper meals or go about trying something new. Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), I am sure is favorite and is prepared 90% of the time during meals as dal- bhaat is a heartwarming healthy comfort meal to all.

** My meals these days are No onion- garlic- non veg, as I am trying to follow a sativik pattern of meal being Jyeshta Adhika Masa. Nothing more to pen, as I have written in detail all I need to mention on the particular post and anything more here will be repetition.
