“My Simple Healthy Veg. Thali No~ 447 : Ambuli Nonche (Raw Mango Pickle), Vali ani Bikkanda Upkari (Malabar Spinach- Jackfruit Seeds Bhaji/ Stir Fry), Vali- Cabbage Sannapolo/ Malabar Spinach- Cabbage Spicy Dosa), Butter- Carrot Curd Rice (Dahi Bhaat)” … my thali includes simple dishes and the most in demand of all times during summer is curd rice/ dahi bhaat ... try this simple- delicious combo, it's heartwarming to savor and cools the rising body heat ...  Yummilicious ….

** There is nothing much to pen on curd rice that I have not included in the curd post. So do browse through the same from the link shared for a few more information on the same. In all this is a simple curd rice with inclusion of carrot. The important difference in this curd rice is addition of butter which adds of a buttery flavor to the curd rice. Do not add in excess, just a little bit goes a long way in enhancing the taste.
