My Delicious Veg. Thali No~383.


“My Delicious Veg. Thali No~383: Donne-mirsange Bajo (Capsicum Fries/Bajia), Magge- Alsando- Keerla Sukke (South Indian Cucumber- Yardlong Beans- Bamboo Shoots Curry), Cauliflower- Batato- Piyava Upkari (Cauliflower- Potato- Onion Stir Fry/Bhaji), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), Surai SheetHa (Rice)” … carried forward yesterday’s curry for today's lunch (that means half my workload is done) … to pep up the meal prepared our favourite bajo's which no one can say NO to … also added some healthy bhaji to be served along with dalitoy- sheetHa … Yummilicious ….

** My joy is always doubled when my workload of cooking gets cut down, I am all those of you who toil in the kitchen will agree with me. Most of the time masala dishes always run for two days at  stretch. So was the case with yesterday’s curry Magge- Alsando- Keerla Sukke which I carried forward to serving today during lunchtime.

** To make the meal more delicious I prepared Donne-mirsange Bajo (Capsicum Fries/ Bajia) which is everybody’s favourite at home. I always prepare a veggie upkari for lunch in order to balance a healthy meal while dalitoy and rice are common dishes in thali. Need I say more, just go ahead, try them out and enjoy with family.
