My Solo Meals Thali~ 321.


“My Solo Meals Thali~ 321. : Atta- Bajra- Mooli- Moringa- Masala Roti (Wheat- Pearl- Millet- Radish Spicy Parathas), Kananga- Kirlailile Mooga Upkari (Sweet Potato Sprouted Green Gram Bhaji), Curds (Dahi), Avalo Limbiyo Alle’Tarni Mirsange Nonche (Gooseberry Lemon Ginger Green Chilly Pickle), Coriander Coconut Ginger Chutney” … a little bit of moringa leaves go a long way, I still have them, so making best use when available … tried another variation of my own with these parathas, though they taste great served simply with curds and nonche, I, added on some upkari and chutney … as it was NO Onion- Garlic- Rice Meal … lol, definitely a delicious green platter ... Yummilicious …

** Another week passes by and it’s again a NO Onion- Garlic- Rice Meal, well so long so fine, I have stuck to the pattern, let’s see if I can make it through the year, three more weeks to go. I am so delighted that it’s almost a year and there are definitely more combinations to see through, my research is on, so keep a keen watch out and yes, you do need to prepare them in your homes and enjoy them with your own family too, otherwise it’s no fun.

** As I have written in plenty in each of the recipe posts about the dishes, I will not repeat them again here, but will be sharing links as is my usual pattern with thali meals. But, I must mention here that moringa is in season, so are radish, make plenty use of both, whenever available. I know this is repetitive, but do add on a veggie side dish like simple upkari/ bhaji/ stir fry every day to your meals, it is important to cultivate this habit in childhood.
