** There is almost no one who does not know about "Ganesha Chaturthi" festival, at least in India and it really needs no intro. Shree Ganesha is famous almost all round the world with almost all Hindus and from other communities too believing, having faith and offering their respect to this elephant headed God, so I will not write about this much here today. As I, mentioned before last year due to pandemic all festival celebrations were not permitted and it was the first time in 30 yrs of my married life I missed going to our community get together wherein we offer our Ganahoma seva, a routine that had been followed every year for 3 decades. It did sadden me, but considering the situation happily prepared most of the dishes prepared at home and offered the same to my own home residing deities.
** This year too there seems to be no end to agony of people as pandemic continues. There is once again restrictions of community gatherings, off course for our own welfare. However, it does sadden one when you do not get to go and seek blessing in pious place where puja is observed and performed by purohit in sanctity manner. So, once again, it was preparations at home. Due to heavy rains, things have not been easy in Mumbai, added agony of bad roads makes one hesitant to go out especially when we have back pain issues, it creates havoc when you go on two wheeler and is not at all advisable. Well, here is my simple Naivedyam offered with faith to Shree Ganesha, seeking his blessings for all and praying that the calamity gets over soon and peace is restored throughout the world. Stay Blessed.
