My Non- Veg Thali~ 307.

“My Non- Veg Thali~ 307 : Bhenda Upkari (Lady’s Finger Bhaji), Sukkale Sungta Panna Upkari (Dried Prawns Spicy Curry), Surna Koota (Yam Curry), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)” … been quite sometime since I prepared a non veg. dish as it was festive season … here is a meal that both Veggies and Non. Veggies can enjoy … Yummilicious …

** After a long time I am sharing a non- veg thali that is in pure amchi/ Konkani Saraswat Style. My thali can be relished by both vegetarians as well non- vegetarians as there are two dishes which will appeal each section of the same. Only the dried prawns spicy curry included is a non. Veg. dish while the rest are all veg. I have now tried to prepare my thali in this pattern as we prefer to keep the non-veg. dishes to bare minimum.

** Well, in all a very delicious thali that is definitely going to be loved by all, so do try it out in leisure and give me a feedback if possible. I am sharing links to the recipes of the dishes in thali as is my usual practice, you may browse through the same for the recipes and try them out.
