My Non- Veg Thali~ 280.


"My Non- Veg Thali~ 280 : Dudde Podi (Red Pumpkin Fries), Mitkesanga- Sukkale Sungta Sukke (Cluster Beans- Dried Prawns Semi Dry Curry), Bhenda Upkari (Lady's Finger stir fry/ Bhaji), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)" ... had a lovely meal with sun dried prawns and my fav. dudde podi ... Yummilicious ...

** Here is my awesome Non-Veg. Thali with simple amchi dishes like podi, upkari, dali- sheetha, the added on delicious dish here is the cluster beans semi dry curry called sukke in Konkani with addition of dried prawns ie. sukkale sungata. This recipe is courtesy hubby who asked me to try out this combo and it did taste wonderful. If you like dry prawns then give this semi dry curry a change, you can serve it with roti/ chapatti too and it tastes wonderful.
