"My Non. Veg. Thali~ 284: Surna Kachra/Podi (Yam Fries), Sukkale Sungata- Bikkanda- Ambuli Sukka (Dried Prawns- Jackfruit Seeds- Raw Mango Dry Curry), Tendle Talasani (Gherkins/ Ivy Gourd Bhaji), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)" ... Yummilicious ...

** When there is dried prawns curry for lunch we actually do not need anything else when served with dal-chawal. But somehow too much off dried prawns upset my stomach while hubby gleefully enjoys it, so I do prepare any simple veggie bhaji along with it to compensate the quantity and fill tummy. It’s gherkins talasani/ bhaji with garlic another one loved in my home. These are tendle/ Ivy gourd kept full and used by just crushing a little bit, so a few pieces always disappear before meals as they are just dropped into mouth while finishing other work, so if you are not aware or have not tasted it till now, then its time you do so, sharing all links to the recipes of the dishes in thali, give it glance, browse through and try them out.
