My Veg. Thali~154.

"My Veg. Thali~154 : Moringa Leaves (Drumstick Leaves/ Mashinga Pallo/ Nugge Soppu)~ Coconut Dry Chutney Powder, Harve Kele- Ambado ghalnu Koddel (Raw Banana- Hogplum Garlic seasoned Curry), Donne Mirsange Bajo/ Bajias (Capsicum Fritters), Tomato Saaru (Saar), SheetHa (Rice)" ... Garlic or Onion is my fav. seasoning, doing so after a few weeks so this one was Tummy satisfying lunch ... Yummilicious …..

** Definitely a delicious thali today, as it includes my favorite koddel, bajos and saar. For the last few weeks with back to back festivals and hectic schedule, all Non-Veg, Onion and Garlic had taken a back seat. Today decided to prepare koddel as raw bananas were there at home and I was craving for something spicier for a change from the sweet dishes relished for so many days, not that masala spicy dishes were no prepared, but sometimes the aroma of garlic and onions can really pep up ones mood and make the dish that much tastier. A few capsicum bajo accompanied made it that much more tastier not to mention the delicious Konkani Saraswat Style tomato saar. The tongue tickler was the chutney pitti/powder prepared with moringa leaves, that’s supposed to be healthy. Well in all a scrumptious meal for sure and hubby and me had a few more morsels of rice after long time. Well, once again sharing the links of recipes of individual dishes below as they are posted separately elsewhere in the blog. Do check out the same and relish them at home with your family and friends.
