“My Delicious Non. Veg. Fish Thali~ 338 : Tallele Raja (Mackerel Fry), French Beans Upkari (Stir Fry), Sungta Hinga Randai/ Hummana (Prawns Fish Curry), Ukde SheetHa (Red Boiled Rice)” … once again my favorite dishes, always a pleasure for fishitarians to relish simple traditional fish meals, the recipes of which have been handed down through generations … Yummilicious …

** Once again a simple yet delicious fish meal thali, dishes of which are from our own GSB Konkani Saraswat Fish Cuisine. Usually I prepare curry dishes out of mackerel, this time however these were very small sized once apt for fries. Prawns is another fish I rarely purchase as they not only shrink on size when cooked making prepared quantity lesser added on they are expensive too. But then there are times when you crave to eat this awesome hinga randai a traditional recipe from Konkani Saraswat Cuisine.

** Had a hearty meal with all of my favorite dishes included French beans upkari/ bhaji my favorite from childhood. I have already posted each dish as separate post before, so sharing their links below for easy access to the recipes.
