My Combo Meals Thali~ 315.


“My Combo Meals Thali~ 315 : Mooli Paratha (Radish Roti), Khajoor Rulav Kele Godu Appo (Dates Rava Banana Sweet Paniyarams), Peru Kottambari Palle Gojju (Guava Coriander Leaves Chutney), Dried Vatano Batate Upkari (Green Peas Potato Bhaji), Avalo-Limbiyo-Alle’-Tarni Mirsange Nonche (Gooseberry-Lemon-Ginger-Green Chilly Pickle)” … NO Onion- Garlic- Rice Meals ... prepared gojju/ chutney sort of dish with peru which are plenty in season now and it was a wonderful combination with mooli paratha along with vatana- batate bhaji and appo as sweet ... Yummilicious ...

** This was my NO Onion- Garlic- Rice meal on Sankashti Chaturthi day. It was angkarika sankashti an auspicious day where in fasting approved dishes are prepared for lunch while appo/ paniyaram is offered to Shri Ganesha as Naivedyam. I have written about it many times so will not repeat the same again. Sharing links below to recipes of the dishes in the thali above which is my practice with thali posts. You just need to soak it for about 6-8 hours, then pressure cook it to 2 whistles on medium flame after which follow the seasoning and rest method as mentioned in the link given below ….
