Lemon flavored Shevai, Broken Red Rice Oondi (Dumplings), Malabar Spinach-Raw Papaya Ambat,.

“Limbiya Shevai (Idiyappam) Panna (Lemon flavored Sun-Dried Rice Vermicelli Upma), Kerala Matta Broken Red Rice (Ukde Tandla) Oondi/ Undi/ Steamed Dumplings, Vali Popashpala Ambat (Malabar Spinach Raw Papaya Onion Seasoned Curry)” … sometimes I just feel like switching over meals and having bf items for lunch along with spicy curries … these are very tummy filling and great combination too, especially Oondi, tastes awesome when served with curry dishes … Yummilicious ….

** Today’s lunch was something hatke, meaning different from usual combo. When I prepare Oondi ie Steamed Rice Dumplings, I love to relish it with either Veg/ Non-Veg spicy gravy dishes. The combo is simply awesome and you can just enjoy it to the hilt. Straight away sharing links to the recipes of the dishes in the presented meal above. Try this combo and your family is sure to love it, in fact I suggest you to have this included in your get together party meals too, you never know how many beaming faces will be seen, so go for it.
