** Today's simple Thali/Lunch after the hectic back to back festival dishes of Gudi Padwa and Rama Navami. It’s a little bit of relaxation now for a few weeks after the hectic year end and the back to back festive pressure. But feeling a bit heavy after all the goodies and high calorie festive lunches not to mention the gallons of juices that we drink to remain hydrated during the function as we have loads of work round the clock to attend to. The functions were very divine and I feel blessed to have done my bit. I also enjoyed a lot with all my friends of all ages, but at the same time it was too hectic or may be age is catching up on me faster than expected, so I definitely need to keep it simple for a few weeks now and take some rest in order to bounce back in full strength. Well once again I am posting the links to that particular dishes in the Thali as is my usual pattern. Do go through the links of the individual dishes for the recipe and if you find any difficulty or are not able to follow something you can always leave a comment or mail me, I will be glad to help out. This is a very simple thali, that I would suggest when you need to give rest to your stomach a bit after consuming lots of heavy calorie dishes at functions.
