Taushe' (Cucumber) Slices, Kirlailele Matki-Magge-Bibbo ghalnu Ambat (Sprouted Moth Beans-South Indian Cucumber-Cashew Nut Curry), Chilled Palak (Spinach) Tambuli, Spicy Beetroot-Tomato-Pudina (Mint) Saaru (Saar), SheetHa (Rice), Roasted Patanjali Papad" ... I love this version of sprouted moth bean ambat as there is no need of removing the outer skin and tastes fantabulous, also added on pudina to the usual beetroot saar and it was delicious and aromatic, tambuli is from yesterday ... In all delicious tummy filling lunch ... Yummilicious .....
** Today’s lunch is once again a really delightful one to relish with all the dishes included in the Thali from our very own “Konkani Saraswat Cuisine” which we love the best in my home. So, it’s once again Amchi dishes from our very own GSB community dishes that I have presented in my Thali, that I hope all of your will cook relish and share with your family and friends with a contended feeling. I have explained all there is about the dishes in each post of that particular dish and I am posting the links to that particular dishes in the Thali as is my usual pattern. Do go through the links of the individual dishes for the recipe and if you find any difficulty or are not able to follow something you can always leave a comment or mail me, I will be glad to help. 6. For “Roasted Papad”, I just roasted Urad papad from patanjali brand directly on flame and served it immediately. They are crisp and yumz.
