"My Simple Thali 103. ... Avanasa Loshne' Gooli (Pineapple Garlic Chutney), White Vatana~ Seemebadanekayi Kolumbo (Peas~Chow Chow Sambar), Beetroot Upkari (Bhaji), SheetHa (Rice), Roasted Papad (Patanjali Papad)" ... Ahhhhhaaa nothing like a typical amchi meal, missed eating a full meal for many days now ... So had a Tummy full lunch today ... Yummilicious ......
** Here is a simple Thali meal that we relished with joy and ate to hearts content today. The dishes are simple no doubt, a simple kolumbo/sambar with a beet bhaji that is very healthy source of hemoglobin and a roasted papad for company. The hightlight of this thali is “Avanasa Loshne' Gooli (Pineapple Garlic Chutney)”, a concoction of my own that I just prepared on a fluke. The khatha meetHa teekHa chutney with pineapple flavor enhanced the thali completely to a different level. It had been a few weeks since I had a complete whole meal as I was trying out some other types of dishes, but I must admit here that there is nothing like a simple complete thali meal satisfaction when it comes to relishing food at lunch time. I began missing my full meal so much that I just kept aside the to be done list of dishes and went about preparing a full meal for lunch. Ahhhaaaa my satisfaction on relishing the thali is something I cannot express in words, as for hubby he simply ate to his heart content. I guess when it comes to food both hubby and me are simple human beings who love Dal-Rice-Bhaji. Go ahead and enjoy this one with your family and friends. Once again I am not going to run into details about the thali and will straight away share the links to the recipes of each of the items in the picture individually as is my regular pattern with Thali. Do go through the links given below for the particular recipe that you would like to try.
