** My todays thali on the auspicious occasion of Varamahalaxmi and Choodi Poojan in the month of Shravan which falls on monsoon season. A delicious thali with the inclusion of Naivedyam which I prepared specially for this occasion after a very long period. This is a traditional Konkani Saraswat Thali, the only twist given here is to the normal Bhenda (Lady’s Finger) upkari with the addition of sweet corn kernels that really tastes crunchy and awesome. Again this is a combo thali to help in selection of items on festive occasion if need be for my friends. Like always sharing the links to each of the dishes in the thali below and those who want the particular recipe, may please choose and go through that particular link. Thank you friends, for always sending me lovely messages, May Goddess Lakshmi bless you and your family and fulfill all your desires. Stay Blessed and spread happiness.
