“My Non.Veg. Fish Thali No~ 463: Jeev Kadgi Podi (Breadfruit/ Jeegujje/ Nirphanas Fries), Sungata- Ambado ghalnu Hinga Randai/ Hummana (Prawns- Hogplum Asafoetida Curry), Bhenda Upkari (Lady’s Finger/ Okra Bhaji/ Stir Fry), Tambade Ukde SheetHa (Red Boiled Rice)” … jeev kadgi podi or bajo are always a joy to relish … in all a heartwarming fish meal with fries and veggie bhaji that is a welcome sight in my home … veggies plz. excuse … Yummilicious …

** We have been enjoying Fish meals more often recently, all thanks to online purchasing facility these days. Well, they are a little bit costlier compared to our local vendors, however with age these are small compromises one needs to do as work pressure and load both has to be cut down. Plenty of sleep, rest and nutritious home cooked meals are my mantra for a peaceful old age and trust me you will love it.

** For a change tried our normal sungata hinga randai/ hummana (prawn asafoetida curry) with addition of ambado (hogplum). I always include hogplums in every curry during monsoon as they are only available during that time. I have already shared the recipe elsewhere and will be sharing link to the same here, do try it if all ingredients are available, sure to be loved by all those who love fish curry.

** I have been including Bhenda Upkari (Lady’s finger/ Okra stir fry) more often these days as it is more alkaline by nature making it that much more better on balancing acidic levels in the body. Sharing links to the recipes in the Thali picture above, as is my usual practice with Thali posts as they are already shared elsewhere, inconvenience if any is regretted. Do try these recipes and enjoy with family and friends.

** Given below are the links to the recipes of individual dishes in the picture above, please go through the link for that particular dish ..... do try them out in your home and enjoy with family and friends, they are all tried and tested in my own kitchen many times and are very tasty …
