** It’s Shri Ganesha Chaturthi Festival time and here is my humble offering to dear Vignaharata seeking forgiveness for wrongs and blessings for coming years. This is the third year in a row that I am celebrating the festival in my own home after 30 yrs of offering seva on this day at our community celebrations held at Kings Circle and Wadala in Mumbai. While the mind and heart did feel a bit low, I must admit somewhere in my heart I believe it is destiny and that maybe my own home Ganesha wanted me to do so at home on first day.

** For two years ie 2020 and 2021 there was no permission given to attend these functions and this year though the same is celebrated on pomp at both places which I will try to attend in two days. I prepared that of how much I could with faith as due to my back issues I cannot do much, but then I am sure Gampapa knows that and will forgive me for lapses if any. I always find pleasure in preparing traditional dishes to make Naivedyam offerings and my today's thali are all from GSB Konkani Saraswat Cuisine prepared during festivals.

** There many delicious dishes shared in my blog, do browse through in leisure and try them out. If you are new to GSB Konkani Saraswat Cuisine, then trust me it is one of the healthiest and safest to try out on, you will not have any health issues after savoring the dishes. I am sharing links to the recipes in the thali above as is my usual practice with thali, do try them out on festive days or normal days and enjoy with family and friends. May Shri Ganesha shower on all of us his choicest blessings and keep the world safe from further agony.
