** I am back with a delicious amchi thali filled with my favorite dishes, well frankly I am sure all amchi’s love these dishes. A sure hit thali to be enjoyed with family on leisure on Sundays or Weekends, all you need to add on is a sweet dish if you have a sweet tooth. I had Aapus (Alphonso) Mango which I forgot to click with. Well mangoes are common when in season, we almost have a slice or two of it on daily basis and make the most of the same before the season comes to an end. I will not run into details about each one of the dish in the thali as I have already written about them in individual posts and I have shared the links to each of the dishes below, do click on the link for access to that particular recipe. I would definitely like to put in a word here. If these veggies are available in your vicinity do try out this combo, definitely a very satisfying meal for all, young and old alike. You can also add in some spiced buttermilk and dessert as I mentioned and it is a complete meal in all that can be prepared and relished if you have guests dropping in. Try it, a very soothing meal, I will be posting many more combos of dishes, so please keep a keen eye on my blog and do try out the dishes and give me feedback. Your response helps me make that much more and if you need any Konkani dish that has not yet been posted, you can mail the same to me and I will definitely try my level best to do the same.
