** As I have mentioned many a times before, sometimes the pleasure lies in eating simple healthy meals that are both great on taste and yet includes lighter side dishes so that on the whole the meal does not turn out to be high calorie one on tummy. It has been my long time desire was to cook some good thali meals; that is one with good combo of dishes which is not only pleasing to the eyes but to the tummy too. Wondering what pleasing to eyes mean ?? Well I always have this feeling that eyes and tongue both play important role in pleasing the stomach. Sometimes when you look at the dishes, either laid out on the table or on your plate it should be pleasing to your eyes, then half the mind work of pleasing the tummy is done. The other half is obviously the taste of the dishes. A lovely combo dish is always appealing and it will definitely be loved by not only your family but your guests too. So here is one healthy combo veggie Thali with minimum dishes that are both good for tummy and delicious too. Do go through the individual links given below for the recipes of each individual dish and yes, please do try out these dishes and enjoy with your family and friends.
