Sprouted Moong Sannapolo, Rice With Dalitoy And Cabbage Upkari with lots of ginger .......


This one is a simple lunch with lots of protein in it. Sprouted moong used in making of sannapolo adds to the maximum protein content while dal also has protein in it. Cabbage and the ginger added adds on to the nutrients content. The lunch on the whole is wholesome and a very good combination for the diet conscious people.
