** Here is a simple Veg. thali with seasonal mango curry and raw mango curry to which this time I have given a twist and added on raw mangoes which are in season too. I will not be running into more details, as the current situation worldwide really does not leave scope to speak much as I am sure all are worried in their own way. Do have faith and join me in prayers which I strongly believe has immense strength to remove all obstacles and restore peace, health and happiness back in this beautiful world of ours. ** For “Carrot- Tomato- Onion Salad (Koshimbir)”, I just grated those beautiful brick red color carrots available now after peeling off the outer skin with potato scrapper. I also added thinly sliced onions and tomatoes cut into small piece. I added on a few green chilly cut into pieces, salt to taste and a dash of lemon freshly squeezed, that it, simple as my hubby loves it this way, try it if you have not, does not take much time and is healthier too.
