Egg Bullseye.

Egg Bullseye with fried Pav / Bread ..... and Ginger Tea .......

Egg Bullseye is the most simple yet a healthy and tasty breakfast. Eggs are among the healthiest and most nutritious foods that can be cooked in a jiffy. Eggs are a useful source of protein, iodine and essential vitamins and low in calories. Eggs are cooked in many ways, they are boiled, poached, half boiled, broken on hot tava to make a omelette, also beaten and spiced up while making of omelette.

Eggs play an important part in making many a delicious cookies and cakes. They are sometimes added to Ice Cream too. Curries are prepared adding hard boiled eggs. They are beaten and given as a coating to cutlets, mixed with many items to give body and binding while frying.

To make Eggs Bullseye : Heat a small teflon coated / or any pan, when hot lower the heat, apply a tblsp of ghee and spread it evenly with the help of a spatula. Hold an egg directly above the pan, give it a good tap with the blunt side of the knife to crack it into two at the center.

Gently break the egg shells into two cups like while slowly sliding the egg with yolk into the pan. The protein part of the egg ie. the white part of the egg slowly spreads into shape. Tilt the pan gently to give it a round shape. Take care to see that you do not break the yolk part if you wish to have it intact and half cooked.

I poke the yolk part and spread it a bit to spread into a round shape as we do not like it raw. Sprinkle some salt and coarsely crushed black pepper powder / chilly flakes. Cover and cook on medium heat for a few minutes. Once the top surface is cooked. Gently flip over the omelette for a minute or two. Remove and serve with tomato ketchup and some tava fried bread / pav. Flipping over of the omelette is optional, a personnel choice. You may serve it as it is too without flipping and cooking it on other side.
