** Health is Wealth and that should be the utmost priority in each ones of our lives. We should take care of ourselves and our family well and food and exercise along with loads of mental peace plays a vital role in it. Unnecessarily worrying about petty things or getting angry or mood swings for no reason at all is not good in the long run to the body. Always try to balance things in life. Just move away from anything that brings out negative thoughts in your mind or makes you depressed. Food should always pep up your life and not make you sluggish. There is a lot to food than meets the eye. Come Diwali and we are offered sweets all the time by relatives and friends which is very difficult to say No to. After Diwali it is very important to go low on high calorie and nutritious meals to compensate for those overloaded Diwali dishes. It’s the same with us, you will be seeing more nutritious meals from now on for a few months as the four long festive months are celebrated and done with and its time now to take good care of your body.
