** Thali meals are always a delight to relish especially when it includes one’s favorite dishes and today’s thali is exactly that one, we enjoyed our meal very much. I rarely prepare ambe gojju as most of the time we prefer ambe upkari and it had been ages since I prepared the same. Coming to chettambado, I always prepare the mixture in bulk and store in freezer to last me for a few meals as and when needed. I had prepared this chettambado a week back to which I have shared the link along with common link to more choice of the same. Upkari (Bhaji/ Stir-fry) is always a must during meals in my home as it is not only healthy but a necessity that each one of us should include.
** Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), I am sure is every amchigele’s favorite and is prepared 90% of the time during meals especially when there are young children at home whom spicy gravy masala dishes are best avoided. In all I must mention a simple to prepare, yet delicious satvik meal, a pattern I am trying to follow as it is Jyeshta Adhika Masa when Non.Veg meals are forbidden. Nothing more to pen, as I have written in detail all I need to mention on the particular post and anything more here will be repetition.
