My Simple Veg. Thali No~ 388.

“My Simple Veg. Thali No~ 388 : Batate Happolu (Potato Papad), Kabuli Chano Surna Kothambari- Methi Gashi (Chickpeas-Yam Curry), Tava fried Patrade Podi (Colocasia Leaves Roll- Slices), SheetHa (Rice)” … the combo of chane gashi with rice is always a favourite in my home and with inclusion of patrade podi it makes the meal that much more scrumptious … try it, it’s awesome … Yummilicious ….

** Some dishes taste great served as it is and one really needs no other dishes served along with it. This is the case with all three types of traditional curries like gashi, koddel, ambat from GSB Konkani Saraswat Cuisine. Had some steamed patrado pieces in fridge so decided on tava frying them. Also had some newly purchased batate happolu (potato papad) which I had not yet checked out on for taste, so deep fried a few of them. That’s it, we enjoyed this meal a lot and I am sure your family will do so too.
