** I have shared plenty of combinations of this awesome dish "Bhutti" from GSB Konkani Saraswat Cuisine prepared in different combos of veggies and will be doing so in future too. We love this dish very much in my home especially when served with panpolo (neer dosa) or roti, parathas though traditionally in Amchi homes it served during meals as a side dish with Dalitoy- SheetHa (Dal- Chawal/ Rice).
** There is nothing more pleasing to eyes than delicacies prepared- served with love in your own home, I am sure the smiling faces and twinkling eyes will make do away all tiredness of preparing meals. It is high time we stopped our youngsters from enjoying fast food which is not at all good for health. Our small effort will not only keep our family together but the habits built will continue for generations to come.
