“My Non-Veg Combo Meals Thali~ 389 : Dried Prawns- Lady’s Finger Spicy Masala Curry, Moong Dal- Rice Spiced Khichidi, Kokum- Garlic Buttermilk” … tried this awesome awesome sukkale sungta randai (dry prawns curry) with addition of veggie with my own mix and match combo of masalas … served it with simple mildly spiced moong dal- rice khichidi along with kokum garlic buttermilk (taak) and in all, it was a scrumptious meal … try it, sure to love it … Yummilicious …
** As I often mentioned that are a few things I make it a must to be stocked in my home like dried prawns, eggs, brine raw mangoes/ amla, sprouts, grated coconut in freezer etc. besides off course other common items. These are my emergency ingredients that I rely upon to fall on when in a hurry or for any other reason I am in no mood to cook. I had bhendi which was not sufficient to be cooked on its own, again I had zeroed in on moong dal- rice khichidi so tried this variation of dish to be a part of my combo meals.
