My Non.Veg. Thali No~ 387.

“My Non.Veg. Thali No~ 387: Boiled Egg (Motto/ Andey), Surna Talasani (Yam Bhaji/ stir fry), Chick Peas (White Chana/ Bengal Gram/ Kabuli Chana) Onion- Cucumber- Raw Tomato Salad, Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice), Batate Happolu (Potato Papad), Udida Happolu (Black Gram Papad)” … though I have named it non.veg thali, this thali is more vegetarian except for the inclusion of boiled eggs … sort of a choiced meal for all … tastes awesome, Yummilicious ….

** As I mentioned on title this meal can be easily switched out for veggie meal too by just skipping the hard boiled eggs or is suitable by for eggitarians as there are many who eat eggs but avoid other non.vegetarian dishes. There is absolutely no need to add on any other veggie in replacement or if wished can be done so too. In all definitely a simple but tasty meal suitable for all, go ahead, prepare and enjoy this one.

** Sharing links to recipes in the picture above as is my practice with thali posts as they are already shared elsewhere, do try out various combos and options and enjoy them with your family and friends. The chaturmasa period has now come to an end and though I do not follow it to the T, I do observe festive days. Both types of papad’s were purchased from southern stores and I just deep fried them. Enjoy your meal.

** Given below are the links to the recipes of individual dishes in the picture above, please go through the link for that particular dish ..... do try them out in your home and enjoy with family and friends, they are all tried and tested in my own kitchen many times and are very tasty …
