My Delicious Monsoon Veggies Thali No~ 380.


“My Delicious Monsoon Veggies Thali No~ 380 : Pagila Podi (Spine Gourd/ Teasel Gourd/ Kantola Tava Fries), Alva Paana- Baby Corn ghalnu Alvati (Colocasia Leaves- Baby Corn Spicy Curry), Bhenda Upkari (Lady’s Finger/ Okra Bhaji), Moong Dali Varna (Green Gram Spiced Dal), SheetHa (Rice)” … come monsoon and one is spoiled for choice in veggies … sharing a scrumptious  meal prepared by me today with fresh veggies from village side … Yummilicious ….

** Come monsoon and on my regular travel outside city always gives me joy in finding monsoon veggies sold on highway from local villagers. Monsoon is the only time these are available and as the villagers find it difficult to travel to sell their local veggies, so they sell it themselves and the veggies being fresh always taste great.
