** “Lady’s Finger Masala With Bimbul And Sichuan Pepper On Turmeric Leaves” … A delicious ~ fragrant dish from Karwari Cuisine … Must say the three flavours of bimbul, Sichaun pepper (Teppal) and turmeric leaves (haldi paan) blended in well with Lady’s Finger (Bhendi / Okra) and created an awesome dish that goes very well with Dalitoy~Rice or Chapati / Roti … The Recipe Credit goes to Vidya Shanbhag Thakur who posted this dish a few days back … The only difference here is I used Bimbul and did not stuff the masala in bhendi while rest of the recipe remains same … Yummy Yumz …

** “Cucumber Raita / Cucumber Curds Salad” … A yummy raita that goes very well with pulav, biryani, khichdi, bisi bele baath, masala baath or any other spicy rice … Also Cucumber / Khakdi is very good for health ... Yummy Yumz

** Khatta Meeta Teekha “Kottambari Pallo Ani Harvo Tomato Saaru / Coriander Leaves And Raw Tomato Saar” ... Saar or Saru as we say in Konkani is a thin spiced soup like watery dish served along with hot rice or mildly spiced rice dishes, Off course you can serve it as appetizer too ... This is my Mom’s special Saar and I enjoy it a lot with hot rice. Usually prepared with the addition of tamarind but I prepared the same with Raw / Green Tomatoes and it tasted Yumz with hot rice ….
