My Scrumptious Veg. Thali No~ 416.


“My Scrumptious Veg. Thali No~ 416: Cabbage- Piyava Sanna Idly/Muddo (cabbage- Onion Spicy Idly), Bhenda Upkari (Lady’s Finger Stir Fry/Bhaji), Chano- Kudampuli Saaru (Whole Bengal Gram- Malabar Tamarind Saar), Surai SheetHa (Rice)” …. all of my favorite dishes today for lunch; a typical GSB meal that compliments each other well when served together … Yummilicious …

** Sannakhotto/ Idly/ polo are my favorite and I prepare it in various combos atleast ones in a fortnight to be served during meals. Frankly a combo of sanna idly- saar- rice is more than enough, however as is my practice I always prepare a veggie bhaji/ upkari for health sake and bheni/ lady’s finger is another favorite, actually my hubby’s favorite, so that’s it, in all we loved relishing this meal served with steaming hot saar.
