** Fish meals on Sunday’s is always a treat and this is, one hearty meal with all of my favorite fish items. Both the alle’ piyava gashi and fries are a common items when it comes to fish dishes in my home and they are prepared often. Here I tava fried the surmai instead of deep frying them to cut down on oil consumption and for the very same reason I prefer gashi instead on panna upkari which too needs a lot of oil for cooking.
