My Delicious Non.Veg Thali No~ 394.

“My Delicious Non.Veg Thali No~ 394 : Fryums, Motto- Kasuri Methi Panna Upkari (Egg- Dried Fenugreek Leaves Curry), Kooka Upkari (Chinese Potato Bhaji/ Stir Fry), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)” … egg panna upkari is always more than enough to satisfy the taste buds … but as I mentioned when Kooka is in season, I always try to include it often as we love it served with dalitoy- sheetHa (dal-chawal) … that’s it, a scrumptious meal of the day … Yummilicious …

** I would not call this a simple meal as egg curry does not fall in that bracket for me. And today I specially tried it with addition of kasuri methi that turned the curry aromatic and lovely in taste. I would have loved to relish it with either panpolo (neer dosa) or shevai (Idiyappam), however, I had already prepared dal- chawal and kooka upkari and had desired on preparing batate songa (spicy potato curry), but on a hunch went ahead and prepared egg curry instead, so frankly there was no scope for change in menu.

** Though it tasted good with rice, I would definitely recommend savoring this egg curry with any of these dishes ie. panpolo (neer dosa) or shevai (Idiyappam), ghee rice or pulav, parathas, roti, chapati. The mentioned ones would be my choice for the curry, however, you may go ahead and try your own combination as is your family preference. Sharing links to the recipes in the thali above as is my practice with thali posts as they are already shared. Do try it and enjoy with your family and friends.
